We were appointed together with town planners to assist in approvals to amend a land use approval for an existing block of flats to density it, through the use of voids. Our lead attorney appeared before the planning tribunal which agreed with the representations made and approved the application against aggressive opposition. The matter was carefully argued at the hearing , in support of infill and sympathetic densification.
